We ship exclusively within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international delivery.
Processing time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pacific Time, excluding federal holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Delivery time and cost
We offer free standard shipping on every order. Most packages arrive within 3–5 business days from the ship date, depending on your location. We work with trusted carriers such as USPS to get your items to you safely. A tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email so you can follow your package’s progress.
Incomplete or incorrect addresses
Please double‑check your shipping information during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Missing or delayed shipments
If your tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received your package, check with neighbors or your local post office first. If the issue persists, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can work on a solution.
